3. Donation inquiries

This site does not process online donations. The Foundation currently accepts inquiries by email only. Any statement about tax deductibility, if applicable, reflects only what is publicly verified. Federal tax-exempt status under IRC §501(c)(3) as of the latest review has not been confirmed; see the Donor disclosure page.

4. Activities not permitted on this site

The site is not used to sell commercial services, receive product revenue, solicit investments, or conduct commercial transactions inconsistent with the Foundation's public-benefit purpose. The Foundation does not act as merchant-of-record for any commercial product, SaaS, subscription, or consulting service.

You agree not to (a) impersonate the Foundation or its personnel; (b) use the site to defraud, scam, or solicit funds without authorization in the Foundation's name; (c) attempt unauthorized access to systems or non-public content; (d) engage in conduct that violates applicable law.

The Foundation's name, logo, site content, and related marks belong to the Foundation or its licensors. They may not be copied for commercial purposes or in ways that suggest unauthorized affiliation with the Foundation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are not limited.
